The  Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)  has arrested a suspect,  Oyediran Joseph,  described by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as one of the “most wanted” internet fraudster. The zonal head of EFCC,  Sharu Isyaku,  disclosed this at a press briefing  in Ilorin, Kwara state capital, on Friday. The development comes one week after the FBI released a  list of 77 Nigerians  said to be involved in one of the largest scams in US history. Isyaku said the suspect had illegally benefited about N60 million via Western Union Transfer. “Just last three weeks, the US authority had written to us for assistance in tracking and possible arrest and prosecution of two most wanted FBI suspects in Nigeria,” Isyaku said. He revealed that the zone had traced four properties linked to some cyber crime suspects in choice areas at Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State. The Federal Government of Nigeria has approved the reduction of fee to be paid by U.S citizens entry into the country. The U.S government on Tuesday, had announced an additional visa reciprocity fee for Nigerians who have been granted visa into the country, saying the decision is as a result of U.S citizens paying higher to get visa into Nigeria. The announcement had said U.S citizens pay $110 higher, to apply for a Nigerian visa, than what Nigerians pay to apply for a U.S visa. In a statement on Wednesday,  Mohammed Manga , spokesman of the ministry of interior, announced that the visa fee for Americans had been reduced, according to  TheCable . The senior Pastor of COZA,  Biodun Fatoyinbo,  is presently in custody of the police,  Punch   reports. “Yes, he is in our custody,” Force Public Relations Officer,  Frank Mba  told Punch. Fatoyinbo is being questioned over allegation of rape levelled against him by  Busola Dakolo . Mba continued: “We have done a whole lot of background investigations and spoken to a whole lot of people before now. It was a deliberate investigative procedure to bring him last. Although we may invite others later depending on how investigations go. “We were not in a hurry to bring him because we wanted to have enough background information that would be used in interrogating him. The Lagos State Police Command has said it has arrested four of its officers seen on video, killing two suspected robbers in their custody,  NAN  is reporting. Lagos Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO,  Bala Elkana , in a statement on Wednesday confirmed the arrest of the policemen. In the video that went viral on social media, one of the police officers is seen telling the others to give way so he can “kill” them. He afterwards pulled the trigger killing the suspects who were already handcuffed and put inside the bus the officers used for the operation. Three lawyers who claimed to have witnessed EFCC’s raid on the Epe residence of former Governor Akinwunmi Ambode on Tuesday, alleged that they stopped the anti-graft officials from “planting foreign currency” in the house. According to Punch, the lawyers — Fatai Adebanjo, Busari Olanrewaju and Samson Okuneye — in a joint statement on Tuesday, said operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission wanted to stop them (lawyers) from being a part of the search. The rapper, who was arrested in early July and charged with assault, has reportedly been given permission to leave the country while awaiting the final verdict in his case, which is expected to be announced August 14. The other defendants in the case—Rocky’s friends Bladimir Emilio Corniel and David Tyrone Rispers—have also been released and are free to leave Sweden, according to TMZ.
