On Saturday April 18, President Muhammadu Buhari delivered a personal tribute to Abba Kyari, his late Chief of Staff who passed away from COVID-19 complications on Friday. The tribute was released by his spokesman, Garba Shehu and also on the official twitter handle of the Presidency.
