HOW TO DEAL WITH MOVING ON IN LIFE

   Written By Ariwoola Olakunle

Troubling memories from the past makes it so hard for someone to live in the present, Having a hard time moving on from something that keeps trembling on every moment makes it so hard for someone to achieve his/her aims and objectives. Gosh ! sometimes one would be so confuse and the heart will keep pondering and wondering until the unexpected happened.

Based on my experiences from the past as well, here are a few list on how well to live a determined life on getting back to yourself:

1, Accept The Fact That You Cannot Go Back To The Past: Oh ya, you can't revisit the past, but you can change the way you perceive it and much more handle it from now on, but if you don't, your emotional hurt self will carry the pain and burden into other new things and experiences.

2, Dwelling On The Past Can Cause You More Problem(s) without any conscious desire on your behalf.

3, Keep A Journal About Your Past&Present : Writing about one's Day-To-Day activities or about the past are also a great way through difficult emotions.  Writing down about the upsetting events from your past can help you make them less intrusive in your Day-To-Day life and activities.. Though, this kind of emotional work can take some time but believe me, it can be very productive if you let the process unfold on its own.

4, Re-organized Your Social Circle: Consider and take off from friend who keeps you focused on the past (NO)... They are saddist and the social environment we live in now doesn't allow that anymore.. Move on !!! It's your life and remember to be focus and determined cuz they will be always watching at your back if only you will survive it or not.  Although, this isn't always easy but can be a great way to force you out of your comfort zone and grow as a person.

People who constantly put you down or has been backstabbing you may not be good to have in your life and more so, friends who is always making it hard for you to do what you necessarily needed to do can also be a problem. oh ya, avoid moving on with them and move on ..

5, Make A List About Your Behavior: Sit comfortably, ask yourself and write down the list of all your kind behavior, attitude, characters, ways, approach and manners. As the ideas start to come up, think about a new way to develop how you can approach these situations in the present future.

More so, take it slow and don't be afraid to ask for help from people you can confide in about your behavioral aspect. A gradual progression can help you incorporate the effects of most negative past behavior and characters that you haven't been able to resolve all by yourself..

By reading and understanding this articles, reminds me that we are all humans and everyone makes mistakes and i believe no man is an island, so right now, Examine the mistakes you made and look at it as a teacher you just learned from.  You shouldn't dwell on something you did from the past anymore. Although, it's so hard but just take the bold step..

Peace & Love .................
