    The Nigerian Army deployed no fewer than seven military trucks to the Lekki Tollgate on the evening of Oct. 20, the day unarmed  #EndSARS  protesters were shot by the military. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that this was revealed by CCTV footage of the incident which was played by the Lagos State Judicial Panel of Inquiry for Restitution for Victims of SARS Related Abuses and Other Matters. The footage was played on Saturday prior to the cross-examination of Ahmed Taiwo, the Commander of the 81 Division, Military Intelligence Brigade, Victoria Island. It was played before a packed audience at the panel, and the timestamp in the video showed people running from the vicinity of Oriental Hotel towards the direction of the tollgate in the Lekki area at 6.43pm.   Queen Elizabeth  and the Duke of Edinburgh,  Prince Philip  are celebrating 72 years of marriage! To mark their anniversary, Buckingham Palace released a photograph of a smiling 94-year-old monarch and her husband looking at an anniversary card made by her great-grandchildren Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, alongside other cards and letters from well-wishers.   National security adviser Robert O’Brien said on Monday morning Nov 16th 2020 that it “obviously” looks as if  former Vice President Joe Biden has won the presidential election  and promised “a very professional transition” with the incoming team at the National Security Council. The National Security Adviser sent a report to the President this morning in which Lagbaja was accused of hiding very vital life saving information from both the Government and the public.  It was revealed that Lagbaja for many years has been keeping information about safety measures against Covid-19 to himself thereby becoming the only one wearing the appropriate mask against covid-19 for many years.  The Federal Government has therefore given an order that he should explain why he has been wearing a mask before the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic! 🏻 🏻 JOKE FOR THE DAY.. Three weeks ago, the news broke of the untimely passing of  Khafi ‘s 20-year-old brother,  Alexander . He died from gunshot wounds to his chest and abdomen, and his killer(s) are yet to be found. Khafi in an Instagram post, said information of the whereabouts of her brother’s killer(s) will be of great help to her family. On the 1st of January 2020, I had no idea I would be going into the 1st day of the second half of the year without my little brother. Almost a month on and the person who has broken my family still has not been found. The hardest thing was not being there for my brother when he cried out for help. I’m praying we can help him now. ILU AJẸ (TOWN OF WITCHES)  There is a small town on your way to Oyo, just behind Fiditi, it’s called Ilu Ajẹ. According to NAN, Lagos State Government will prosecute all those who attended Saturday’s birthday party hosted by Nollywood star, Funke Akindele Bello. The state Attorney-General, Mr Moyosore Onigbanjo (SAN) has confirmed this on Monday that they would be prosecuted for flouting social distancing regulation of the state. He made the disclosure in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) shortly after an Ikeja chief magistrates’ court convicted and sentenced Akindele and her husband for flouting the regulation. The attorney-general said that efforts were being intensified to arrest all those who attended the party held on Amen Estate in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos. Sadiya Farouq, the Minister of humanitarian affairs, disaster management and social development, says the ministry has commenced cash transfer to poorest households in the country to cushion effect of the coronavirus pandemic. According to The Cable, the minister said this during a press briefing by the presidential task force on the disease in Abuja, on Monday. Farouq said the ministry has commenced advance payment of conditional cash transfer to the poorest households in the country. She also said the vulnerable group will also be expanded to consider more persons during the infection period.

The Federal Ministry of Health has unveiled the list of several funds donated by the private sector, individuals and federal government in the fight against COVID-19 (Coronavirus). This development comes a day after many Nigerian demanded to know who was in charge of the collection and disbursement of the donated funds for the treatment of the virus. The list include giant establishments such as Access Bank, Zenith Bank and Guaranty Trust Bank who gave N1 billion each with facilities for isolation center, while the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) gave N11 billion. Other individuals who donated N1billion each include,  Aliko Dangote, Tony Elumelu, Femi Otedola, Abdulsamad Rabiu, Herbert Wigwe, Segun Agbaje, Tim Ovie  and  Dr Paul Eneche  who gave N2 billion worth of materials,   Atiku Abubakar  with N50 million and N10 million from  Tuface Idibia .
